Description
Selected from the most generous grading sourced from Vietnam, these cashews pass through Rungis before being combined with two exceptional ingredients: saffron, a rare spice with floral and honeyed notes, and Guérande fleur de sel, hand-harvested from the Atlantic salt marshes. This Luxe jar combines the aromatic power of saffron with the delicate minerality of this terroir salt.
In foodservice, this flavored tree nut serves as an aperitif amuse-bouche—presented in a small dish in the dining room or during a tasting—as a crunchy garnish on a butternut squash velouté or seafood bisque, or as a cheese pairing with aged Comté or mild blue cheese. The saffron-fleur de sel combination also works on a dark chocolate dessert to end a meal.
