Description

In our Rungis facility, each dried fruit is roasted separately before being blended, seasoned with Guérande salt, and packaged under protective atmosphere. This three-step process — roasting, mixing, finishing — ensures consistent texture and aromatic stability that withstands transport and back-of-house storage.

In bars or lounges, the individual sachet can be placed on the counter without preparation or dishware. In restaurants, it complements a charcuterie-cheese board or serves as a welcome amuse-bouche. Crumbled over a beet and fresh goat cheese salad or incorporated into a dark chocolate dessert topping, it adds crunch and depth without overpowering existing flavors.
